Blueberries are one of my favourites of the berry family and they are just beginning here. We have huge patch just minutes away from the house, but these particular berries I got from one of the market stands close to me. So sweet and full of flavour. Oh my goodness, so good.
Did you know that they say it takes 1 gram of Chaga to equal to 4 pounds of blueberries’ antioxidant levels. So this smoothie is not only good tasting its actually super good for you. I must try.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 sliced frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup cold chaga tea (plain chaga tea or chaga/berry burst tea - both work very well)
3/4 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS
Put all of the ingredients a blender and blend until smooth. Add more chaga tea if the consistency is too thick. It can't get any easier.
